Middle earth, Sagada
I found this wonderful image whilst exploring Flickr. I thought perhaps it was an area in Gippsland and was amazed to discover this is a forrest area of the Phillipines.
Have found myself pleasantly distracted by all that Flickr has to offer whilst completing this week's task and look forward to visiting it again.

Learning 2.0 Week 2 - setting up a blog and making a post - It Seems Just Like Ground Hog Day!
Ever had one one of those days where everything you do seems to have a touch of deja vu about it? Last week I finally found a few minutes in which to set up a blog but left my first posting until today. Well, wouldn't you know it, I just couldn't find the wretched thing! let's hope this effort is a bit more efficient!
Blogging - or indeed even reading other people's blogs - has never really appealed to me. I've always thought of the phenomenon as a bit like hanging out your grotty old mismatched socks on the communal washing line at the local caravan park. Available for everyone to see and judge. However, now I'm coming to grips with the fact that, as with all other forms of writing, it need only be as revelatory as I choose, so, sorry not mismatched socks on this washing line I'm afraid!
I'm looking forward to the journey that this learning will take me on and can see a number of ways in which I can use the skills I develop in my work here at Mooroopna Library.
Looking forward to reading all the blogs from my colleagues and fellow 2.0 Learning through Play learners1 (What a turn about!)
